CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY*

We understand that sometimes things happen and you must cancel. Requests for registration refunds must be received on or before Monday, September 29, 2025 at 11:59 pm PDT. Requests received after this deadline will not be approved. No exceptions. Refunds will not be issued until after the leadership retreat. Any refunded monies, minus a $25 processing fee and transaction fees, will be processed 3-4 weeks after the conclusion of the leadership retreat. The RegFox Processing Service Fee will not be refunded. The registration fee is not transferable. The Harbor Institute Anti-Hazing Certification fee is non-refundable."
